CAREMONKEY
At Emmaus, the health and safety of our students is of paramount importance. As such we have adopted a new 'Health, Safety and Electronic Consent Form System' named CareMonkey.
CareMonkey provides an innovative parent controlled electronic medical form for schools / clubs and others groups with a duty of care. It provides the opportunity to update medical information promptly and accurately whilst providing the school with instant access to the emergency information provided by parents.
CareMonkey will also enable us to send all permission slips and forms (E-Forms) electronically, enabling parent / guardians to reply instantly without filling in forms. It will send reminders to the parent / guardian until they complete the E-form.
CareMonkey will allow the staff member/s caring for your child to access your child’s current medical and emergency details securely on mobile devices while they are on excursions and camps.
Parent / guardians are requested to complete their child / children’s profile once you receive an invitation to join CareMonkey.
